Medicube Age-R Devices

The Age-R devices are Medicube's at-home boosters, using low-level microcurrent, warmth and vibration to help serums absorb and give skin a temporary firmer, glowier look. The range is large and the names overlap, so start with our guide to which one to buy, then browse the full line-up below ranked by real ratings.

Common questions

Which Age-R device is best for beginners?

The Booster Pro Mini or Mini Plus. They do the core booster job for less than the full-size Booster Pro, in a compact body, which makes them the lower-risk way to try an at-home device before committing to the flagship.

Do I need special gel with the Age-R devices?

You need a conductive, slippy layer for the device to glide and for the microcurrent modes to work. Medicube's booster gel is the tidy option, but a hydrating serum or a generic conductive gel also works. You cannot run the device on dry skin.

Are the Age-R devices worth the money?

They give a nice temporary lift and better absorption if you use them consistently. Start with a Mini, and only step up to the pricier models once you know you will keep the habit.
